Currently reading this little beauty, and enjoying it a lot. A compelling murder-mystery against the backdrop of the Icelandic financial crisis. This interview too is insightful in a lot of different ways, not least when discussing the author’s own integration into Icelandic society, from an Englishman’s perspective. Really enjoying Icelandic fiction at the moment, and it’s becoming a most welcome itch to scratch.
